One Night Only - Singles Opening Night Event

How funny would it have been if I met my future husband at the singles-only screening of the movie about the one night a year it's legal for single people to have sex?

Despite a lot of the (valid) criticism of this movie, I actually really enjoyed it. I do think that there were probably more interesting stories to tell within the world that was created, but the story they chose to tell resonated with me in a way that I think it's not for other people. Sometimes it truly does feel like our entire society is laser focused on sexual gratification in a way that makes people looking for romantic connection feel "broken" in some way. So it was nice to get a fun rom-com that felt like it acknowledged the difficulty of finding romance in a world where everything is working against that.
